You have to be a good makeup artist in this game to give a unique look to the rebel girl. You can change the color of her eye contacts, use different eyebrows and eyelashes.

I always try some different things on that girl. I always try some different tattoos and give her very funny look. I use tattoo of a skull and place it on the center of the head of the girl.
