Cartoon Wars is an arcade war game that combined the "Tower Defense" and Real-time Strategy genres. In this cartoon world, there were two different enemies as "black and white cartoon" tribe and "color tribe". You must have to become a hero of the "black and white cartoon" tribe to save your cartoons. You can upgrade units, castle, bow, and productivity with the money you earn in the war.
The goal is to create special and unique castles and must defeat the enemy's castle because the opponents are trying to take down the whole Cartoon Empire with their evil characters. With 30 different types of units, you can attack on your enemies with the bow installed on the castle.
