Turn your iPhone into an oven and share your baking exploits on Facebook, to raise awareness for the UK charity Bliss, which provides vital support and care for premature and sick babies and their families.
So, mix up your flour, eggs, sugar and butter, set the temperature and time, and bake! Sounds simple, doesn’t it? Well, good luck. Get the mix wrong and it could all fall flat. Or crank the heat up too far for too long and your cake will be a crisp. Like everything, practice makes perfect.
When you’ve baked your virtual masterpiece, join the leaderboard. The best score by 12 February 2012 wins a spectacular real cake from a professional chef!
